We turned out this shiny new website for you all to use, it should be about twenty steps up from the last incarnation Oldabnaki.net. Here are a couple of things you are allowed to do here:

• Invitation only! If you want access to this site, or if you want your buddies to join, you have to invite them. This is going to make sure that only the people who belong in this foster electronic community get here (rather than random users who happen to find us on the web). This also means that you have to actively approach or email your friends so that the viral search for web-using alums continues.
• Blogs! Yes, each use gets their own blog. Blogs are simply a list of content owned by a user sorted in chronological order - these things are used for anything from citizen journalism to product reviews to social networking and its just been incorporated into this site for you to work with however you like.
• Message forums! Yes, you love these, we know that already. They are even better than before so knock yourselves out.
• Photo libraries! As a user of Oldabnaki.net you are allowed to post photos to the galleries with ease - and since the only people who can post things are invited/registered members, it means that these galleries will soon be filled with Camp Abnaki and Alumni photos pretty quick!
• An event calendar! You can post your Abnaki reunions, barbeques, camp events, dentist appointments, and more on this calendar. Remember that everyone can read it.
• With this great power comes great responsibility, don't abuse the power of this website! It is here to serve our alumni community and it only takes a few bad apples to spoil the soup for the rest of the users on this site. We have not placed any restrictions on this site or its functions because we have faith that our community will use it for good (rather than evil) so please don't let us down.
